It also incorporates an AI course generator that, according to the company, allows going from idea to a complete course in under fifteen minutes, and a visual drag-and-drop editor with pre-designed blocks (cards, objectives, tips, videos, quizzes). Generated courses are SCORM-compatible. This AI creation feature is included in the Growth plans and above.

Tracking, renewals and visibility for managers

The system triggers automatic renewals and manager notifications, and sends monthly compliance summaries. Managers have real-time dashboards and employees have a self-service portal. The company states that its platform achieves a compliance rate above 95%, that reminders are 100% automated and that training managers save between 5 and 10 hours per month by eliminating manual chasing of completions and exporting reports. It also states that session attendance rate is 95% and that six hours per month are saved in coordination.

Calendar and session coordination

The platform incorporates a smart calendar that automatically schedules training sessions based on availability and requirements, sends reminders and tracks attendance. It allows coordinating sessions across departments and roles, and distinguishes between online and in-person sessions. The company indicates that setup is immediate, in minutes rather than days.
