Cars24 is a used vehicle buying and selling platform operating in the United Arab Emirates, with a presence in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman. Vehicle catalogue

Certified cars have passed a technical inspection of more than 150 points and a Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) check. Private Seller PRO vehicles come with an inspection of more than 100 points and valid documentation, although they are not certified by Cars24.

Buying process

The purchase can be started online, with search tools by style, brand or colour, and a 360-degree view. For certified cars, the buyer can schedule a test drive; in Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and Ajman, the test drive can be done at home or at a Cars24 centre in Dubai. Private seller vehicles are test driven at the seller's premises.

After selection, a token amount is paid, which is deducted from the final payment. There is an option for an exclusive or non-exclusive reservation, with possible cancellation charges. Then document verification, financing approval if applicable and payment of the balance take place. Cars24 assists with the ownership transfer and the buyer can have the car delivered to their home or collect it from a company centre.

Warranty and returns

Certified cars include a free base warranty of up to 12 months or 20,000 km, whichever comes first, with the option to extend it up to 48 months. In addition, they offer a 30-day return policy with a full refund of the car price, excluding the convenience fee, applicable to certified vehicles that have been driven more than 1,000 km at the time of delivery.

Selling cars

For those who wish to sell, Cars24 offers a valuation and the possibility of selling directly to the company or listing the vehicle on its platform. The process includes a quick inspection and transparent payments.

Financing and additional services

The company facilitates financing options through partner banks and financial institutions, with a Relationship Manager who coordinates the application. The site mentions a promotional interest rate of 1.99% and five-year payment plans with zero down payment, subject to approval. It also offers car loan and vehicle maintenance services.
