AIRA is a two-star MICHELIN restaurant located in Stockholm, led by chefs Tommy Myllymäki and Pi Le. Its approach combines a simple focus on seasonal produce with global cooking techniques and spices, presented as a constantly evolving gastronomic experience.

Dining spaces and formats

The restaurant organises its service in several formats, each with a defined capacity:

• Main Dining Room: accommodates groups of 1 to 6 guests at both lunch and dinner.
• Chef's Table: a communal table in the Main Dining Room for groups of 2 to 8 guests, with a tasting menu.
• Private Dining Room: a secluded experience for groups of up to 14 guests.

Menus and service hours

The offering varies by day. In the Main Dining Room, lunch is served Thursday to Friday with a prix fixe menu or tasting menu, and on Saturday with a tasting menu only. Dinner is offered Tuesday to Saturday with a tasting menu. The Chef's Table follows the same dinner schedule, Tuesday to Saturday, with a tasting menu. The Private Dining Room is booked by contacting the restaurant directly.

The restaurant's general opening hours are as follows: Tuesday to Saturday, dinner from 18:00; Thursday to Saturday, lunch from 12:00 and dinner from 18:00.

Setting and architecture

AIRA occupies a boatyard-inspired building constructed in 2020 and designed by Swedish architect Jonas Bohlin. The industrial exterior combines light concrete, glass and rusted metal. Inside, the lighting and colour palette aim to evoke the seasonal changes of the Stockholm archipelago. The proximity to water and the connection to nature are central elements of the experience, enhanced by the building's architecture.
