Consumer advocacy in Aragón

Actora Consumo is a consumer association based in Zaragoza. It works to defend consumers in Aragón in disputes with electric utilities, telecom providers, banks, multinational companies, and businesses in other sectors. The association offers legal advice, mediation between consumers and businesses, and education to help people understand and assert their rights.

Collective cases

The association has taken part in group claims involving floor clauses in mortgages, mortgage expenses, and the closure of the iDental and Dentix dental clinic chains. In the Dentix matter, it represents people affected by the clinic closures and seeks completion of dental treatments through claims and legal action.
