Fundación Integralia DKV is a nonprofit organization established by DKV Seguros. It focuses on the employment inclusion of people with disabilities, operating as a Special Employment Center and providing outsourced services to businesses and institutions.

• Multichannel contact center: customer service, phone appointment scheduling, satisfaction surveys, complaint management, customer loyalty campaigns, social media support, switchboard services, and back-office support.
• Employment inclusion consulting: guidance on bringing people with disabilities into the workforce.
