At Riudarenes, El Rebost de Can Moragues pairs a restaurant with an organic shop, connecting the dining table to the farms and growers around it. The menu centers on organic ingredients and local producers who work with Fundació Emys on land-stewardship projects designed to support biodiversity. Chef Sergi de Meià leads a kitchen shaped by Catalan tradition, seasonal products, and a slow-food outlook.

The shop extends that idea beyond the meal, with produce and pantry goods from small regional growers, including preserves and sauces made through social-employment partnerships. The project gives visitors a chance to taste the area while learning where its food comes from; proceeds support nature-conservation and social-inclusion work.
