About Andes Peruvian grill
A quiet rural stay with home-style cooking
Andes Peruvian grill invites guests to slow down and enjoy the moment, the surroundings, and a good meal. It pairs home-style cooking with a welcoming stay in a natural setting.
Regional cooking
The kitchen serves a home-style set menu and an à la carte selection of meat, fish, and seafood. Dishes associated with Casa Angrill include Jaume’s cannelloni, fideuà, and cod topped with gratinéed young-garlic aioli. Other house specialties include:
- Grilled pig’s trotters, or trotters with snails
- Surf and turf with chicken, rabbit, shrimp, and langoustines
- Meatballs with cuttlefish
- Young chickens cooked in port wine
- Local butifarra sausage
The kitchen uses ingredients from the region, including potatoes from Odèn and goat and veal from the Solsonès.
Shared spaces
The house has a central gathering space around the fireplace and a library with views over the valley. In summer, guests can enjoy the lawn, children’s play area, and loungers beneath the grape arbor. The natural setting also offers a chance to take in the night sky.
Guest rooms
The house has six double rooms, each with a private bathroom; two are in the attic. Other rooms feature stone walls, wooden beams, and vaulted ceilings. All are spacious and have outdoor views.
