Chef Jorge Lengua
Chef Jorge Lengua trained at GASMA and developed his skills at acclaimed Spanish kitchens including Cal Paradis, Ricard Camarena Restaurant, Quique Dacosta, and Aponiente. He later settled in Benicàssim to open La Suculenta, a project shaped by regional cooking and a contemporary point of view.
