About Çukor

Çukor is a workshop and shop in Barcelona making artisan candy, chocolate, and pastries. It opened on December 4, 2013, and has made sweets entirely by hand ever since, using natural ingredients and no preservatives or fats. Its products are suitable for people with celiac disease and for vegans.

The company can make small batches at affordable prices and offers welcome and VIP gifts for hotels.

Workshops and Training

Çukor runs hands-on educational workshops for all ages, birthday celebrations, and professional chocolate-making courses for adults. Weekly workshops take place on Saturdays, giving participants the chance to make their own creations and take them home. The company also offers school, private, group, and corporate workshops, as well as advice and training in hard-candy making, both online and in person.

Online Shop

The company has an online shop for candy and chocolate. When customers buy at least two products, a complimentary item worth the shipping cost is included.

Team and Space

The current team is Peter, Marco, Cristina, and Manu. Peter is a founding partner and director; trained as an architect, he co-designed the space and its furnishings. The workshop also serves as an incubator for self-employed professionals who are starting a business or want to work alongside other independent professionals.
