Projects listed include developing the human-resources training system and coordinating UDON UNIVERSITY for the UDON group, overseeing the annual training process and validating competencies for internal promotions. The company also designed and maintains GRUPO DIHME’s corporate learning platform for ongoing franchisee training, handling enrollment, student progress, academic support, and training rebates.
