Sammic S.L. is a Spanish manufacturer of equipment for the hospitality and food industries, operating since 1961. Its headquarters and factory are at Polígono Basarte 1, 20720 Azkoitia, Gipuzkoa. Products and solutions

Sammic makes equipment for the HORECA sector—hotels, restaurants, and catering. Featured product lines include:

• Vacuum and low-temperature cooking equipment, including the SmartVide XL + 120P line for high-volume production, with a stated capacity of up to 200 200-gram portions per hour.
