Asador Etxebarri is a restaurant in the village of Axpe, Bizkaia, centred on meat and fish cooked over fire. It works only with advance reservation requests. Its general contact form is intended for information and cannot be used to book a table.
Menu and service format
The offer centers on meat and fish, with no vegetarian or vegan menu. Guests choose either the tasting menu or the à la carte service, and the same format must be ordered by the whole table. The tasting menu costs €300 including VAT; drinks are separate.
Reservation and payment policy
Reservations begin with a request through the website for an available date. A table is not secured until the restaurant sends an explicit confirmation email. When no table is available, the request joins a waiting list. If accepted, the restaurant supplies bank details for advance payment covering every diner; failure to pay within the stated period cancels the request. Final confirmation follows receipt of payment. The restaurant advises that a reply may take up to seven days.
Conditions for diners
Bookings are accepted for groups of two to six people. The restaurant recommends that children be at least 12 years old. Pets are not admitted, with the exception of guide dogs.
Service hours and annual closures

Cancellations and changes
A confirmed reservation must be canceled or changed at least five days before the booked date. Payments are not refunded when notice is given after that deadline, when diners do not attend or when fewer guests arrive than were confirmed.
Location and contact
The restaurant is at 1 San Juan Plaza, 48291 Axpe, Bizkaia. Its website provides a form for general enquiries, visits, employment and press matters, but reservations are not accepted through it. The restaurant has received support from the European Union’s NextGenerationEU-funded Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan through an investment program for renewing equipment in tourism businesses and related activities.
