El Rincón de Juan Carlos is a restaurant led by the brothers Juan Carlos and Jonathan Padrón, with two Michelin stars, located in La Caleta de Adeje, in Tenerife. Its proposal is presented as a cuisine rooted in the islands that values the sea, excellent produce and flavour, while using an international, avant-garde perspective.

A cuisine between the marine tradition and the avant-garde

The culinary base of the restaurant is the flavour-driven seafood cooking, with meaning and grounded in the quality of its ingredients. On that tradition, the Padrón brothers develop a personal style of cooking that celebrates Canarian cooking from the avant-garde: a contemporary proposal, without simply reproducing traditional recipes and with influences from international flavours and textures.

The declared inspiration is the islands, with the land, the sea and the sun as axes, and a menu that speaks of the territory with marked flavors in which the sea and the market garden share prominence.

Juan Carlos and Jonathan Padrón come from a family always dedicated to gastronomy and the search for new flavors. The project is presented as a family initiative, connected with the environment and with the island as inspiration.

The restaurant operates on the Royal Hideaway Corales Beach, on its fifth floor, about forty meters above the ocean and overlooking the sea, a location that the house itself describes as one of the most exceptional restaurants of the Canary Islands. The place is located in La Caleta de Adeje, in the municipality of Adeje, province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

In addition to the restaurant service, the website includes the possibility of booking a table and purchasing gift vouchers.
