Michelin-starred gastronomic restaurant

The Fortaleza do Guincho gastronomic restaurant holds one Michelin star. Its cuisine, initially classic, has increasingly incorporated Portuguese products and traditions. The restaurant's philosophy is inspired by the Atlantic, the setting that frames the hotel, and its offering is built around Portuguese culinary heritage. The executive chef is Gil Fernandes.

Spot Restaurant

The hotel also has a second dining space, Spot Restaurant, designed for light meals. Its menu includes a selection of sandwiches, salads and the chef's daily suggestion, with options of draft beer or wine, and ocean views as a backdrop.
