House offerings include medium-roasted Espresso Madrugador and a one-hundred-percent Arabica Mocca coffee. Costa Rican beans and seasonal blends also feature. Aurora Mundo provides an organic option produced separately from other coffees; this arrangement distinguishes special batches from the roastery’s everyday work.

Shopping can be organized by format, intensity, and flavor profile. Options include whole beans, ground coffee, unroasted coffee, decaf, capsules, and tasting packs. The catalog also includes brands such as Segafredo, illy, Lavazza, Kimbo, and Caffè Vergnano, allowing buyers to alternate between the roastery’s products and other offerings within one store.
