Hotel TwentySeven, a luxury boutique hotel on Dam Square in Amsterdam

Hotel TwentySeven is a boutique suite hotel located in the centre of Amsterdam, facing Dam Square, with views of the national monument and the Royal Palace. The project was driven by Eric Toren, a two-time winner of the Hotelier of the Year award, who conceived an out-of-the-ordinary establishment. The hotel is part of Small Luxury Hotels of the World.

The monumental building it occupies dates from the turn of the century, in the era of the industrial revolution. Its interior design was developed by a team led by designer Wim van de Oudeweetering and urban interior designer Cris van Amsterdam. The concept includes carpets from Nepal, handmade Italian curtains, wallpaper and velvet from Pierre Frey (France), Ascension Lattore sofas and modern artworks from Cobra Art in Amsterdam.

Sixteen suites, from the junior suites to the Signature Suite

The accommodation is spread across sixteen suites. The offering ranges from the smaller Junior Suites, known as "bijou", to the Signature Suite, at 219 square metres. The hotel presents itself as a sanctuary where attention to detail and personalisation are central, with a broad catalogue of personalised services.

Restaurant Bougainville, one Michelin star

Restaurant Bougainville, led by Executive Chef Tim Golsteijn, offers high-end cuisine with panoramic views of Amsterdam. Its à la carte menu is conceived as a fine dining experience made with fresh, top-quality ingredients. The front-of-house team comprises award-winning Maître-Sommelier Ronald Opten and a young, dynamic service team. A year after opening, Bougainville received a Michelin star.

BO by Bougainville: informal dining

BO by Bougainville is the sister restaurant of Bougainville, with a more accessible and welcoming format. It has just 25 seats and a compact à la carte menu consisting of four starters, four intermediate dishes, four mains and four desserts, focused on flavour, simplicity and precision. It is also led by Executive Chef Tim Golsteijn and features a wine selection curated by Maître-Sommelier Ronald Opten.

Bar with views over Dam Square

The hotel has a bar with views over Dam Square, lavishly decorated, where bartenders present selected, exclusive creations in a warm and sophisticated atmosphere.

Breakfast and personalised services

Guests can book the "TwentySeven Breakfast Experience", a high-standard breakfast served in Restaurant Bougainville with views over Dam Square, available every day of the week. Breakfast is also open to non-residents, by reservation. The establishment defines itself as a destination and sanctuary where possibilities are brought to life, with a hospitality concept based on fully personalised and exclusive services.
