The chef: José Luis Hinostroza

José Luis Hinostroza is executive chef and co-owner. Born in Southern California, he grew up in a Mexican household in one of the richest agricultural regions of the United States and the birthplace of the farm-to-table movement. He was part of the team at Noma in Copenhagen and of the research and development team at Noma Mexico during its pop-up in Tulum. His product-driven menu at ARCA brings together the bold and explosive flavors of Mexico.
