The chef and his career

Chef Lewis Barker joined Terre after four years as Executive Chef at Sommer in Singapore. Before that role, he built a decade-long career in some of the world's most acclaimed Michelin-starred restaurants, including Sommer, Vianney Massot, The Kitchen at Bacchanalia and Cure, all in Singapore. According to information released by the restaurant itself, he became the youngest chef in Singapore to earn a Michelin star, at 27 and just six months after the establishment opened. His cuisine at Terre is presented as both worldly and unmistakably local.
