Origin and history

The business idea arose when Gina ordered a personalised gift from another Irish website and the order was not completed. Eoin, a graphic designer, then created an engagement gift for her to take to the celebration; the gift was very well received and the guests asked where it came from. That episode led the couple to create their own company.

The project started small, alongside both of their jobs until they decided to devote themselves fully to the website. They later moved the business from their family home to an office in the Ballinasloe Enterprise Centre, in County Galway, and expanded the team to handle the increase in orders.

Shipping and delivery times

The store offers estimated next working day delivery in the Republic of Ireland for orders placed before 14:00 on working days, Monday to Friday and excluding national and bank holidays, subject to stock availability. It also ships internationally.

During the Christmas campaign, the site indicated that orders placed by 13:00 on Tuesday 17 December would be delivered in Ireland in time for those dates, while international orders had to be placed before 6 December.
