Etrusco Restaurant Corfu is a fine dining establishment located in Kato Korakiana, in the Dassia area, on the Greek island of Corfu. The restaurant has been based for 31 years on a fertile slope of the island, and its approach revolves around the relationship between the Corfiot landscape, local produce and the cultural history of the place. The cuisine incorporates flowers and herbs that grow in the restaurant's own gardens, alongside references to the olive tree landscape and the Ionian Sea that surrounds the property.

Awards and gastronomic guides

The restaurant has been distinguished with two Golden Toques and a score of 17/20 according to Athinorama 2026. The FNL guide has recognized it as the best restaurant in Greece for 14 consecutive years, and it is the only restaurant in the country with four FNL Stars, the guide's highest distinction, retained in 2024, 2025 and 2026. Chef Ettore Botrini

The kitchen is led by Ettore Botrini, a Corfiot chef of Italian origin born on 14 March 1969 and raised in Corfu. In 2006 and 2009 he undertook practical training alongside Martin Berasategui, a three-Michelin-starred chef. Botrini developed his career in the family business Etrusco, which has been climbing positions in gastronomic guides to rank among the best restaurants in Greece.
