Delta Restaurant is a fine dining establishment located in Athens, Greece, holding two Michelin stars and a Green Star for sustainability. The restaurant presents itself as the only one in Greece with two Michelin stars and operates at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (SNFCC), in the Greek National Opera building. Its proposal combines high-end gastronomy with culture and modern principles of sustainability.

Origin and connection with the Stavros Niarchos Foundation

The restaurant was created through an initiative and with a grant from the Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF). Among its stated goals is to become a landmark culinary destination in line with the standards of the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center and to share Greek cuisine around the world. In 2023, Delta Restaurant received an award at the Mediterranean Special Awards of LA LISTE.

Location and access

The restaurant occupies the fifth floor of the Greek National Opera building, within the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (SNFCC), at Syggrou Avenue 364, Kalithea, Athens. Delta's guests can use the external elevator between 18.30 and 03.00. The main lobby of the SNFCC remains open until 01.30 daily and until 02.00 on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, to facilitate guests' access to the central parking lot.
