It is located in the rural surroundings of Torcé, in Ille-et-Vilaine, Brittany, on 15 acres of wooded parkland. Restaurant Mosaic: botanical cuisine by chef Chantel Dartnall

Restaurant Mosaic operates within the castle as a fine dining destination in Torcé. It is led by chef Chantel Dartnall, who combines her classical French training with nature and is known for creating botanical dishes that tell a story. The offering is built around a botanical-inspired tasting menu that reflects the elegance of French and South African cuisine. The chef works with organic and seasonal produce and applies an innovative approach to both preparation and presentation.

Suites and immersive stay

Restaurant guests can stay in one of the castle's individually designed suites, each with its own character, to complete an immersive getaway experience. The site presents these rooms as part of the château's destination offering.
