Restaurant 360 is a fine dining establishment located in Dubrovnik, Croatia, in a setting declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Its gastronomic proposal is built around chef Marijo Curić, who creates dishes inspired by the flavours and ingredients of Croatian and Mediterranean cuisine, using French cooking techniques.

Awards and distinctions

The restaurant has held one star in the Michelin Guide Croatia continuously from 2018 to 2025. In the Gault Millau Croatia 2025 guide it received 18 points and 4 toques, and was recognised as the best restaurant in Croatia; in the 2019 to 2024 editions it had received 17.5 points and 4 toques, also with the recognition of best restaurant in the country. In 2023, Marijo Curić was distinguished as Chef of the Year by Gault Millau Croatia. The restaurant also received the Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence between 2018 and 2024, and in 2024 it received the Excellent recognition at The Best Chef Awards.

Gastronomic offering

The restaurant's offering is organised into two main formats: an à la carte menu and a tasting menu. The cuisine combines Croatian and Mediterranean produce with French-based execution, according to the establishment's own description.
