Wills Domain Winery is a winery established across 60 hectares of rolling hills in the north of the Margaret River region, in the Gunyulgup Valley, in Yallingup (Western Australia). In addition to wine production, the estate includes a cellar door, a restaurant and a space for weddings and events, and sells its wines through an online store with international shipping.

The estate's wine ranges

The winery's catalogue is organised into four collections differentiated by style and use:

• Paladin Hill: wines conceived to express the maximum potential of winemaking and vineyard management, with a precise and delicate touch (élevage) and intended to reflect the ancient soils of the Margaret River appellation. The range includes, among others, a Shiraz 2021.
• Eightfold: focused on the classic Margaret River varieties —Semillon, Chardonnay, Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon—, designed for special occasions and family celebrations.
• Mystic Spring: wines with an approachable profile, with definition and purity of fruit and restrained use of oak, while maintaining the estate's winemaking style. It includes, among others, a Shiraz 2023.
• Cuvée d'Élevage: a range of limited-edition sparkling wines from estate-grown grapes, presented as an option for special celebrations.

The online store brings these collections together and offers the possibility of subscribing to the newsletter to obtain discounts on every order.

Cellar door, restaurant and events

The winery's cellar door is open every day from 10:00 to 17:00, with snacks served from 12:00 to 16:00 Thursday to Monday. The restaurant serves lunch only, Thursday to Monday, between 12:00 and 15:00. The winery also offers tastings by prior reservation, events at the cellar door itself and a dedicated space for weddings and celebrations, with the possibility of booking online.

Wine club

The Wills Domain Wine Club operates as a subscription programme with a 25% discount on the entire range of wines and free shipping over $280. Members choose the delivery frequency —every 3, 4, 6 or 12 months— and the number of bottles per delivery: 6, 12 or 24. The club's wine selection is based on the winery's award-winning collection.
