The “New” category is reserved for unused products with the full Australian manufacturer's warranty, although some may have been opened for quality checks without having been activated.

Technical services and protection

The company offers battery installation services carried out by its own technicians. According to the information on the site, each installation is completed within one business day and comes with a 12-month warranty covering parts and labour. It also offers a screen protector installation service.

It also sells a protection plan called OzMobiles Premium, with a 24-month warranty and accidental damage cover. This plan extends cover by an additional 12 months from the date of purchase, includes protection against product defects and manufacturing faults, accidental damage (such as cracked screens), priority support and a free Express Post return label once the claim is approved.
