Membership management features

The system allows you to manage members through a digital wallet card and a portal. It facilitates online joining, renewal, and payment, and you only pay for active members; inactive records are stored at no cost. The platform is designed for not-for-profit organisations and committees, and supports everything from small volunteer groups (up to 30 members free) to entities with more than 500,000 members. It also provides an overview of branch membership data for peak bodies.

Communication, events, and classes

Member Wizard integrates the sending and tracking of SMS and email messages, with detailed records of communications with members. It allows you to schedule and manage classes, events, and fundraisers with online enrolment, attendance tracking via digital card scanning, class catalogues, and fundraising support. Members can register and pay for events and classes online.

Finances and documentation

The financial solution includes reporting, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, budget tracking, bank reconciliation, and full audit tracking. The system is cash-based and offers complete financial reports and transaction tracking. For documentation, it allows you to store and archive files securely, limiting access to groups or membership types, and provides access to agendas, minutes, and organisational materials.

Member Wizard includes a website builder linked to the membership database, designed for users with no web experience who need a simple, professional site. The company offers examples of sites created with the tool.

Automation and member portal

The member portal simplifies transactions and communications. Managing fundraisers and launching events are made easier through integrations, features, and automations. Automated tasks include membership joining, renewal, and payment, event and class scheduling and enrolment, email and SMS communication, financial reporting and budgets, audit, and secure document storage.
