Glivent
Glivent designs and manages private AI operating systems for businesses that need to keep sensitive data under control with predictable costs. It operates through a local pod and a workflow platform.
About Glivent
Glivent: managed private AI operating systems
Glivent is an Australian company that designs, implements and maintains managed operating systems for businesses. Its approach focuses on combining private artificial intelligence with controlled workflows, so that sensitive information remains within the organisation and costs are predictable. The company presents itself as a partner that analyses how work moves through the business, identifies points of friction and builds a simpler, more secure and reliable way of operating.
The Glive system: local pod and approved cloud
The technical core of Glivent is the Glive system, which runs on a dedicated Glive Pod installed at the client's premises. This pod enables private AI processing within the company. When a task requires greater capacity, the system can connect to cloud models, but it removes sensitive data beforehand before sending any information. The platform is organised into two main components:
- Glive Hub: a secure interface from which the team accesses the tools, both from a computer and from mobile devices.
- Glive Chat: allows you to ask questions, analyse information and understand data.
- Glive Flow: automates, executes and approves workflows with defined steps, checks and handoffs between people.
The system integrates with the tools and information the company already uses, and is designed so that repetitive work is executed consistently: it starts when appropriate, obtains data from approved systems, follows the same rules at each step and records the final result.
AI governance and operational control
Glivent incorporates a governance approach for the use of AI in the company. The platform helps introduce artificial intelligence with defined responsibilities, controlled workflows, human oversight and traceable decisions. Its governance approach is designed to align with an AI management system in accordance with the ISO/IEC 42001 standard. The governance model described by the company includes:
- Knowing where and how AI is used.
- Defining owners, permitted uses and limitations.
- Keeping people involved in important decisions.
- Recording risks, evidence, actions and changes.
- Maintaining records for governance reviews.
Work process: from the initial call to a working system
Glivent structures its relationship with clients in five stages. The first introductory call is free. If the client wishes to explore a solution, the next step is a paid discovery and solution design phase. Before deciding whether to continue, the client receives an implementation proposal.
The paid discovery phase includes an analysis of the current operational workflow, a classification of opportunities by expected value, effort, risk and impact on staff, a design of the recommended system and an implementation proposal with scope, price and delivery approach.
Founders' profile
Glivent was founded by Michael and Matthew, professionals with experience in consulting, product development, engineering and implementation. Matthew Falcomata is co-founder and solutions director, as well as an AI consultant. His background combines psychology, business process improvement and artificial intelligence. His approach starts from understanding people and processes before designing practical systems that reduce repetitive work and enable teams to adopt AI with confidence.
Partner programme
Glivent has a partner programme aimed at agencies, consultants, advisors and service providers who can refer clients that would benefit from its solutions. Partners receive a commission when an eligible implementation goes ahead.
