Henry Deane occupies levels 4 and 5 of the hotel and is presented as the building's standout space. It is a contemporary cocktail lounge spread over two levels, with panoramic, uninterrupted Sydney views in every direction. It serves lunch and dinner, with a menu designed for sharing and created by Head Chef David McConaghie, in keeping with the harbour setting.

Eight boutique rooms on levels 2 and 3

The hotel's accommodation consists of eight boutique rooms located on levels 2 and 3, described as a tranquil setting to rest and enjoy the views. Each room features marine wall murals hand-painted by Mallard in nautical tones, a detail that nods to the building's portside location in Old Sydney Town.

Public House on the ground floor

On the ground floor is the Public House, a character-filled space refurbished in mid-2015. Its design was inspired by the small trades of eras past and reflects the industrial roots of the neighbourhood. It offers pub drinks and food in a setting with bespoke fixtures and fittings crafted by artisan tradespeople.

Services and reservations

The establishment takes reservations for Henry Deane and allows accommodation bookings. It also accepts walk-ins at the Public House. It has dedicated channels for group bookings, accommodation enquiries and press.

Opening hours

Henry Deane is closed on Mondays. From Tuesday to Thursday it opens from 4pm to 10pm, except Thursday, when it closes at 11pm. Friday and Saturday it opens from 12pm to 12am, and Sunday from 12pm to 10pm. Phone enquiries are available Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.

The Public House opens every day: Monday from 12pm to 8pm, Tuesday to Thursday from 12pm to 10pm except Thursday, when it closes at 11pm, Friday and Saturday from 12pm to 12am and Sunday from 12pm to 10pm.
