Conway Fish Trading is a Footscray (Victoria) company dedicated to the wholesale and retail sale of fish and seafood. Its founder, Con Goulas, started the business in 1969 in Footscray, although the family history in the fish trade dates back to 1928, when his uncle Nick arrived in Melbourne from the village of Agiasma, in north-western Greece, and opened two seafood stores in the Caulfield area. Con joined the family business in 1954 and, after buying one of the stores from his uncle, created Conway Fish Trading years later.

Family continuity is assured by Dimitrios, the founder's son, his wife Stacey and his grandson Alexandros. Con Goulas passed away on 16 February 2026 at the age of 91; the website dedicates a space to him in which his role as a businessman and member of Footscray's Greek community is remembered.
