The site provides access to lab results and maintains a quality check section.

Shipping and terms of sale

Super Greens sells with fast, discreet shipping nationwide, without requiring a medical patient card. The store warns that the product cannot be shipped to Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, or Vermont, and that products with a total THC content above 0.3% must not be sent to those states. The company reminds customers that THCa, when heated, converts into THC and that this can be detected in drug tests.

The site offers order tracking, a blog, customer support, and a rewards program with points. It also offers a referral program with incentives of $20 or $30 depending on the version of the message, and a mailing list for discounts, giveaways, and educational cannabis content. The company presents its products as compliant with the federal Farm Bill and grown in the United States. It includes an FDA notice stating that the statements about these products have not been evaluated by the agency and that they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
