About Bluegrass Community and Technical College — Winchester–Clark County

BCTC’s Winchester–Clark County Campus is at 2020 Rolling Hills Lane. It now operates across the original campus and the former Amazon building at 1919 Rolling Hills Lane, a major expansion that opened for classes in 2025. The new space adds labs and classrooms for nursing and workforce training, and the college is developing it as a regional workforce center for Clark County and nearby employers.

Winchester offers transfer and technical coursework, with Associate Degree Nursing among the selective programs based here. The newer facility adds capacity for health training and high-demand occupations such as advanced manufacturing, industrial maintenance and skilled trades. Students should look carefully at which building appears in the schedule: the 1919 site is across from the original campus and has its own published hours.

Parking is free at BCTC campuses. The official location page provides maps and separate hours for the main campus and 1919 building, while the college’s project page describes the new workforce facility. Before choosing a class, confirm whether it meets at 2020 or 1919 Rolling Hills and whether a clinical or lab sequence uses another site.
