The company also offers complimentary in-home design consultations, free measuring and estimates, and keeps a stocked selection of carpet and vinyl remnants for smaller projects or tighter budgets.

Guarantees and service commitments

Floor Concepts backs its work with several guarantees. The company offers a 60-day satisfaction guarantee: if the customer is not happy with their new flooring, the materials are replaced. It also has a lifetime installation warranty, which covers any installation issue at no cost. Its best-price guarantee ensures the customer gets the lowest available price at the time of purchase, with transparent freight, accurate quantities, and full product support; if the price drops within 30 days, the difference is refunded.

Our process

The process begins with a consultation to learn about the space, goals, and concerns of the customer. Then, an expert visits the location to take precise measurements and finalize materials, quantities, and details. Finally, the team completes the installation or refinishing with precision and respect for the home. The company also offers a room visualizer that lets you preview real flooring options in your own space before deciding.
