Dr. Tarah Crews, D.M.D., has been practicing dentistry for nearly a decade and focuses her interest on the connection between oral health and systemic health. Dr. Tyler A. Crews, D.M.D., offers general, cosmetic, and implant dentistry. He trained at Saint Louis University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Medicine Technology, and received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine. In addition to his two years of postgraduate training in implantology, he maintains a commitment to continuing education for himself and his team. At the Webster Groves location, Dr. Crews preserves the close-knit, small-town atmosphere that characterizes the area.

Dr. AnnMarie Spalding, D.M.D., is dedicated to comprehensive dental care with special attention to the relationship between oral health and overall well-being. She grew up in Granite City, Illinois, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Southern Illinois University; she then completed a Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences and her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at Midwestern University. As a Spear Education student, she maintains a commitment to continuing education and values patient education so that patients understand how their oral health choices influence their lifestyle.

Clinical and Patient Care Team

The doctors work with a team made up of dental hygienists, dental assistants, restorative treatment coordinators, a hygiene and new patient coordinator, a smile specialist, an insurance specialist, an office manager, and a marketing director and patient advocate.
