OnwardTicket.us: verifiable flight reservations for immigration procedures

OnwardTicket.us is an online service that issues real flight reservations with a verifiable PNR code, designed to prove the intention to leave a country to airlines, embassies and immigration authorities. The company presents its offering as an alternative to buying a definitive ticket when one is not yet necessary, with a starting price of $7 per traveler.

What the flight reservation includes

The main service consists of a flight reservation with a real PNR code, created in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and verifiable on the airline's website. The validity of the reservation ranges from 48 hours to 7 days depending on the airline, and the company states that it always requests the maximum available period. The reservation is delivered as a PDF by email, ready to print or attach to an application, and includes up to two free corrections. The company claims to work with more than 500 airlines worldwide.

The purchase process is organized in three steps: the user enters the departure route, destination and dates; pays through Stripe with card, Apple Pay or Google Pay; and receives the reservation by email. At the time of payment, they can choose a one-way ticket, add a return or configure a multi-city itinerary. Different delivery speeds are also offered: standard in 24 hours, fast in 8-10 hours and urgent in 1-2 hours.

Prices and conditions

The published rate for the flight reservation is $7 per traveler, with no hidden fees according to the company, and the total is shown in the user's currency before paying. The company notes that reservations are accepted by embassies and immigration services, and that they have been used at US airports such as JFK, LAX and ORD, as well as in more than 150 countries. It offers customer support 24 hours a day, every day, by email and chat.

Regarding refunds, the company refunds the amount if the visa is rejected specifically because of the onward reservation, provided that official embassy documentation is submitted.

Accommodation confirmation for visas

In addition to the flight reservation, OnwardTicket.us sells a hotel booking confirmation for $7 per guest, designed for visa applications. The document is sent by email, allows up to 15 nights on a single booking and uses the same delivery options as the tickets. The company shows an example of a confirmation in the applicant's name with specific dates.

Uses and target profiles

The company identifies several common scenarios for this type of document: visa applications for destinations such as the Schengen area, the United Kingdom, Canada or Australia; frequent travelers who need to demonstrate onward travel without committing to a return date; digital nomads who must meet long-term immigration requirements; and last-minute trips that require an immediate reservation.

Legal framework and documentary support

OnwardTicket.us maintains that its activity is fully legal under international aviation law, since it issues real reservations in airline systems and not falsified documents. The website compiles citations of regulations and official authorities, such as the UK visa regulations (GOV.UK), the EU Visa Code (Regulation 810/2009), the Royal Thai Embassy, Immigration New Zealand, the Costa Rican Tourism Board and the Directorate General of Immigration of Indonesia, to argue that embassies usually accept an onward or round-trip reservation instead of a purchased ticket.

Editorial content and comparisons

The site maintains a blog with guides on visa and travel requirements, including an analysis of the Schengen area rules for 2026, a comparison with the Volward service and a guide to detecting fake reservations or fraudulent services. The company also publishes a comparison table highlighting its differences from other providers, such as the $7 price, the 48-hour to 7-day validity, verification at US airports and the option of return or multi-city reservations.
