In 2020, the brand grew rapidly in the U.S. market, becoming the number one seller on Amazon and expanding its presence to major online retailers such as Walmart.com, Target.com, and HSN.com.

The company offers free 2-day shipping, a lifetime frame warranty, and a 30-day money-back guarantee. It has a warranty policy, a privacy policy, and a shipping policy, as well as product registration and warranty claim forms.
