Personalization and purchase process

Before confirming the purchase, the customer can preview the complete book. Manufacturing takes place after the order is received and, according to the store's information, usually takes between two and four business days before shipping.

Additional options and shipping

During the purchase process, two optional services are offered: Skip the Queue for $6.99 USD, which moves the order to the front of the production queue to print and ship it as quickly as possible, and Shipping Protection for $2.00 USD, which covers loss, theft, or damage to the product if claimed within 30 days. Shipping is free on orders of three or more books. The company also offers a subscription.

Guarantee and reviews

My Story Tale offers a satisfaction guarantee: if the customer is not satisfied, they can request a refund. The books accumulate customer reviews on the website itself, with numbers ranging from 9 to 294 reviews per title, and the company has a presence on Trustpilot.
