Approach and Stated Guarantees

The company states that its formulas are clinically backed, organic, and high-quality. It notes that they are GMO Free, Cruelty Free, and CGMP certified. It also states that they are tested by independent labs and formulated by veterinarians. The website mentions a vet's success guarantee and a subscription policy with access to a VIP club.

The Veterinarian Behind the Formulas

The formulation of the products is attributed to Dr. Kathryn Dench, a veterinarian trained at the University of Cambridge (MA VetMB, MRCVS), with twenty years of clinical experience and chief scientific advisor to the brand. The site includes a YouTube video from Dr. Dench and a link to her channel, where she addresses animal health and wellness topics.

Wellness and Everyday Care

The products are presented as support for various everyday situations in pets' lives: anxiety relief, improved sleep, stress management during travel or vet visits, and maintenance of joint mobility. The brand's communication is supported by customer testimonials describing improvements in dogs with anxiety, mobility issues, or recovery from treatments.

Customer Resources

The website has a help center with FAQs, order tracking, subscription management, a blog, and a resources section. It also offers a referral and rewards program, and a section called "Wall of Love" with reviews from verified buyers.
