Miles Board: high-performance electric skateboards since 2018

Miles Board is an American company founded in 2018 that designs and sells electric skateboards. Its catalog is built around two main models, the Phantom and the Sex Panther, along with refurbished units and a line of components and accessories. The company sells directly through its online store and offers US-based support.

Featured models: Phantom and Sex Panther

The Phantom is presented as a lightweight, portable skateboard, designed to be carried on everyday trips, stored in a locker, or taken as carry-on luggage. The product page indicates a top speed of 30 mph and a range of 30 miles. The Sex Panther, meanwhile, is aimed at those seeking more speed: it reaches 40 mph and offers a range of 40 miles. This model allows you to choose between belt drive or direct drive.

Both models appear in the catalog with reference prices: the Sex Panther has a regular price of $999.00 and a sale price from $899.00, while the Phantom is listed with a regular price of $1,869.00 and a sale price from $1,058.00. The store also offers a refurbished version of its boards.

Components, accessories, and apparel

Miles Board sells specific components for its models separately, such as the kits for the Sex Panther, the Phantom, the Rampage, and the Dual version. Available accessories include 97 mm wheels, Cloudwheel wheels in 105 mm and 120 mm sizes, all-terrain tires for the Sex Panther (size 200x50, in set or single), Shred Lights, a Miles Board remote, a remote sleeve for the Phantom and Sex Panther, and a CNC kicktail for the Phantom. The company also sells a line of apparel and gift cards.

Customer support services

The company offers support through a ticket system and a contact form, and publishes user manuals for its products. It also has financing options and a warranty for its boards. The site includes a blog with articles about electric skateboarding, such as guides for adults new to the practice or tips for those transitioning from a traditional longboard to an electric one. In addition, Miles Board has an affiliate program and a path to becoming an official dealer.

Presence and reach

The company operates primarily through its online store, with prices in US dollars and international shipping, as the site allows you to select the currency from a wide list of currencies. Support is provided from the United States, according to the company's own presentation.
