Tampa Bay Rowdies Youth Programs

The Rowdies give Tampa families a sports-brand introduction to soccer before the demands of a league team. Little Rowdies is the entry class for ages 2–4; Junior Rowdies serves ages 5–8; and Rising Rowdies is aimed at ages 9–12. The club also lists camps, school enrichment and Gold Squad, an advanced development option. The current Tampa Little Rowdies page describes noncompetitive games and activities built around motor skills and basic soccer, so a child does not need previous playing experience to begin.

The Fall 2026 Tampa session meets at the Rowdies Training Facility, 8108 Benjamin Road, on Saturday mornings from October 17 through December 12. The posted Little Rowdies schedule separates ages 2, 3 and 4 into short blocks; the fee is $200 and includes a Rowdies shirt and one ticket to a 2026 home match. The season is underway as of October 30, so parents should contact the youth office before assuming a late registration can be accepted. The broader Rowdies page lists selected scholarships for Little, Junior and Rising Rowdies and youth camps; awards are limited and require an application.

This is not the same as joining the professional first team. The men’s Tampa Bay Rowdies compete in the USL Championship and play in St. Petersburg, while the youth classes at this address take place in Tampa. For families, the useful questions are the child’s age group, remaining dates, make-up policy, what to wear and whether a scholarship window is open. Ask about Junior and Rising fees directly because the published $200 amount here is specifically for the Tampa Little Rowdies fall term.
