Hillsborough College — Ybor City Campus

In historic Ybor City, HC’s campus brings arts and public-service training into an urban setting. The college lists the Criminal Justice Institute, performing arts, visual art and design, and Gallery 114 among its signature areas; its campus factsheet adds programs in media, broadcasting, business, paralegal studies and criminal justice. English for Academic Purposes is also available here.

The Criminal Justice Institute uses classrooms, a computer lab, criminalistics and interrogation labs, a courtroom, defensive-tactics space and other specialized facilities; some practical training takes place at partner law-enforcement and fire-training locations. This campus has an arts-gallery and performance presence as well as academic advising and student resources, so it serves a different mix from the training center on East Columbus Drive.

The address is 2112 N. 15th Street, Tampa, Florida 33605. Parking rules are stricter here than at other HC sites: students, employees and visitors must display the required college decal in the garage and lots, and the Fernando Noriega Student Garage uses license-plate recognition beginning Fall 2026. Read the current parking instructions before driving.
