Hillsborough College — Education Center at MacDill AFB

HC’s Education Center at MacDill Air Force Base brings selected college-credit instruction to the installation and also supports online study. The college describes accelerated formats of eight to twelve weeks, evening classes on base and help evaluating military education and experience for possible prior-learning credit. Active-duty service members receive priority in registration; the center also serves other eligible learners under its current access rules.

This is a specialized education center, not an open-access campus. The official page says on-base visitors need an approved installation access pass and directs students to confirm eligibility and procedures with the center. Classes at other HC locations and online offerings remain separate choices. Call before planning a visit or assuming a class is available for the next term.

The published address is Building 252, Room 116, 8102 Condor Street, MacDill Air Force Base, Tampa, Florida 33621. The college gives 813-259-6391 as the center number and publishes directions from the Dale Mabry gate. Because entry is controlled by the installation, verify base access before using the map route.
