Oldja Enterprises Kitchen & Bath

Oldja Enterprises is a family-run cabinet and countertop business whose St. Petersburg showroom opened in 2008. Its 15,000-square-foot facility combines product displays, warehouse space and fabrication, where customers can compare cabinetry, bathroom vanities, stone slabs, quartz, hardware, sinks and faucets. The company publishes certified general-contractor license CGC1517184 and says its cabinets use plywood boxes, dovetail joints and soft-close drawers.

Published services

• Kitchen and bathroom cabinets
• Vanity and cabinet selection
• Natural-stone and quartz countertop fabrication
• Countertop templating and installation
• Cabinet-only or countertop-only jobs
• Related kitchen construction, plumbing and electrical work when both cabinets and counters are purchased from the showroom

That purchase condition matters: Oldja says it can manage full kitchen construction when a customer buys both cabinets and countertops there; otherwise, its primary scope is cabinets and counters, including jobs for only one of those products. Recent public comments describe a kitchen, bathroom-vanity and laundry renovation, as well as a separate countertop project that went from showroom selection to installation. Ask which trades are included and whether wall changes, floors, paint or appliance connections are part of the quote.

The showroom is at 4424 34th St N, across from Kane’s Furniture. The website lists weekdays 9 a.m.–5 p.m. and Saturdays 10 a.m.–2 p.m., with appointments also available. Call for an estimate or visit to compare samples, then request written measurements and an installation schedule. Confirm whether removal, sink cutouts, backsplash, plumbing reconnection, delivery and disposal are included. No fixed whole-project price is posted; cost depends on layout, materials and construction scope.
