Its five-stage process moves from discovery and an in-home assessment to design, material selection, construction and a final walkthrough. Recent public comments describe multi-room work—from a kitchen and three bathrooms to flooring and interior finishes—as well as a downtown condo update involving wood floors and fixtures. The showroom is part of the project process, where clients review materials rather than merely pick up a quote. Ask for a named project contact, decision deadlines and how the schedule changes if a selection or permit review takes longer.

The showroom is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Saturday visits are by appointment. No standard price list is published. For a whole-home proposal, ask for separate lines for demolition, cabinetry, countertops, tile, plumbing, electrical, lighting, floors, paint and permits. The website says consultations can take place at the showroom or virtually, followed by an in-home measurement. Confirm whether a Sarasota or Manatee address is within the current schedule and which team will coordinate the work.
