Crooked River State Park

Crooked River State Park provides a mainland encounter with the coastal landscape, separate from the boat journey to Cumberland Island. Its five-hundred-acre setting combines palmettos, oaks with Spanish moss and salt-marsh habitat. Four miles of trails let visitors explore that environment without implying that every route has the same surface or level of difficulty.
