St. Louis Community College — Forest Park

At 5600 Oakland Avenue, Forest Park places STLCC in the heart of the city, within walking distance of Forest Park, the Saint Louis Zoo and the Saint Louis Science Center. Its location makes it one of the district’s most urban campuses.

The college lists programs in nursing and other health professions, culinary arts, funeral service, cybersecurity and human services. The Transportation Education Center gathers automotive technology, diesel technology and truck-driver training into a dedicated hands-on facility.

A campus map helps distinguish the main academic buildings from the Transportation Education Center and other program sites. Student parking is free at STLCC campuses; transit riders should check the Metro schedule for their specific class entrance and time.

Forest Park suits students whose program is based downtown or in a health, hospitality or transportation facility. Confirm the building code on the course schedule before visiting, especially when a class meets outside the central campus buildings.
