Rosalie’s Cucina

Rosalie’s Cucina adds an Italian dining option to the western approach to Skaneateles. Opened in 1995 by Philip Romano and named for his sister, it is now associated with chef-owner Marc Albino. The Tuscan-inspired setting gives the restaurant its identity, while the kitchen offers a more specific reason to book than the general promise of an Italian meal.

The published menu includes house-made manicotti prepared with crepes and ricotta, as well as pasta, chicken preparations and other substantial main courses.
