PetsVet Supply

PetsVet Supply, online store for dog accessories

PetsVet Supply is an online store dedicated to selling dog accessories, with commercial operations in the United States and a product range focused on pet travel and rest products. Its catalog is built around the K9 Cruiser, a back seat cover with a hard bottom, and a selection of complementary items. The company presents itself as veterinarian recommended and backs its sales with a 30-day money-back guarantee.

The K9 Cruiser and its approach to dog travel

PetsVet Supply's flagship product is the K9 Cruiser, a back seat cover with a hard bottom designed to prevent dogs from sliding or falling into the footwell. According to the store's information, the product installs in about three minutes using click-in support boards and zippered side panels, and is secured with adjustable straps to the headrests and seat anchors. The surface is waterproof and wipes clean with a damp cloth; the inserts are removable and the cover is machine washable. The company states that the K9 Cruiser fits cars, trucks and SUVs, including vehicles with captain's chairs in the second row, and that its reinforced base supports dogs of all sizes, from small breeds to 150-pound dogs such as ridgebacks, Cane Corsos, hounds and mastiffs.

Product catalog

In addition to the K9 Cruiser, the catalog includes other items for dog care and comfort:

• Non-Slip PupPad Cushion Topper: non-slip cushion with padding.
• PawStep Folding Dog Stairs: folding dog stairs, supporting up to 200 pounds.
• XL Orthopedic Dog Bed: extra-large, waterproof orthopedic bed.
• USA Pup Pad Cushion Topper: cushion with a stars-and-stripes design.

The store organizes its offerings into collections such as Best Sellers, Bundles, Top Sellers and You Might Also Like, and notes that multi-product bundles are offered at a deeper discount than single products.

Shipping, warranty and customer service

PetsVet Supply offers free shipping on orders over $119 and a 30-day money-back guarantee with no return shipping costs. The store includes package protection for $3.98 that covers loss or damage during shipping. Customer service is handled via email, and the company publishes warranty, shipping, return, privacy and terms of service policies on its website.

Customer reviews

The website features testimonials from users who highlight the K9 Cruiser's stability, its ease of installation and cleaning, and its usefulness for large dogs or dogs with limited mobility. Among the published comments are cases of 65, 75, 82 and 100-pound dogs, as well as a 15-year-old dog that needed safe access to the vehicle. The company states that more than 10,000 dog owners have purchased the product and that 96% of them report calmer rides.
