What a property report includes

The second block focuses on taxes: assessed values, annual property taxes, tax rate changes, and any outstanding tax liens.

The third block provides an overview of the surroundings, with data on the neighborhood, crime statistics, school ratings, commute times, and nearby amenities. Plans and access options

The site shows three purchasing options. The single report option has no recurring fee and provides online access to property records. The basic plan is billed monthly and includes property records. The higher-tier plan allows generating twenty reports per month, with full online access, PDF report downloads, and the ability to print them or view them offline.
