International Van Lines

International Van Lines, international and long-distance moving

International Van Lines is a moving company that has been in business since 2000 and presents itself as one of the fastest-growing movers in the United States. According to data on its own website, it handles more than 20,000 moves per year and offers free quotes through an online form.

Relocation services

The company serves customers who need to move their home or their vehicle, both within the country and to international destinations. Its offering is structured around three service types:

• Domestic moves within the United States.
• International moves, with origin and destination handled by country and city.
• Auto transport, with make, model, year and running condition of the vehicle recorded.

The website also mentions storage among the company's capabilities, along with long-distance and worldwide relocations.

Quote process

Quote requests are made through a multi-step form. The user first indicates the type of move (domestic, international or auto) and the size of the move, with options ranging from a studio to four or more bedrooms. Next, the origin and destination locations are entered — ZIP codes for domestic moves, countries and cities for international ones — and finally, contact details and the preferred pickup date. For auto transport, the vehicle details are requested.

Support and contact channels

The company distinguishes between a sales line and a customer support line. The website also shows an accumulated rating of more than 1,600 Google reviews and states that it has customers worldwide. At the time of scanning, the site was advertising a 10% discount for those who called.
