ACE.com, online social and sweepstakes casino for American players

ACE.com is a free-to-play social & sweepstakes casino platform aimed at the US audience. No purchase is necessary to play or win, and it operates under US sweepstakes law, with availability in certain states for players aged 18 or 21 and over, depending on local regulations. The platform is managed by Full Stop Limited, a company incorporated in the Isle of Man with registration number 022310V and registered office at Second Floor, 18-20 North Quay, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 4LE.

Game catalogue: over 1000 slots

The ACE.com lobby brings together more than a thousand casino-style games, organised by categories and themes. The available game types include:

• Classic slots, with bars, bells, and cherries.
• Progressive jackpot slots, whose accumulated prize grows with every spin until a player triggers it.
• Megaways slots, with thousands of ways to win per spin and a dynamic reel system.
• Hold & Win slots, in which symbols lock in place and a coin collection feature is triggered.
• Cascading Reels slots, where winning symbols disappear and are replaced by new ones, generating chain reactions.
• Exclusive Gold Coins games and unlimited play sections.

The catalogue is also organised by themes such as poker, Mexican, Asian, food, adventure, Roman Empire, fruits, Wild West, fantasy, Arabic, Irish, Greek mythology, pirates, space, ancient Egypt, Norse mythology, gold, gems, fishing, crime, farm animals, Aztecs, sweets and candy, Halloween, and Christmas. The platform states that it adds new games weekly.

Daily bonuses, tournaments, and promotions

ACE.com builds its entertainment offering around recurring, free rewards:

• Daily reward wheel: a free spin every 24 hours to get Gold Coins and Sweepstakes Coins.
• Daily login bonus: free coins added to your balance just for logging in.
• Streak rewards: coin accumulation based on how consistently the player plays.
• Welcome bonus: 7,500 Gold Coins and 2.5 free Sweepstakes Coins on sign-up, with no purchase necessary.
• Tournaments and leaderboards: competition among players for pools of coins and prizes.
• Social media giveaways and friend referrals, with bonus coins for both the inviter and the new player.

How the social and sweepstakes casino works

ACE.com's model is based on two virtual currencies. Gold Coins are the pure entertainment currency, while Sweepstakes Coins are used for promotional play and their winnings can be redeemed for real prizes through the redemptions page. Both are obtained for free through daily rewards, the reward wheel, and other promotions. Registration is free and, according to the platform, takes under a minute, with the welcome coins credited immediately. All games in the lobby are available from the moment you sign up.

Software providers and fair play

The catalogue draws on more than 40 software studios. Among the providers cited are Habanero, Spadegaming, Booming Games, Pragmatic Play, Novomatic, and Relax Gaming. The platform states that all games are regulated by a random number generator (RNG) that guarantees random and fair results, and that data security is protected by SSL encryption.

Multi-platform access and support

ACE.com works on smartphones, tablets, and desktop computers through the browser, with no download required. The platform offers 24/7 online support and a dedicated contact channel for US payment-related queries, also available 24 hours a day.

Community and company profile

The platform presents itself as a community of tens of thousands of American players, with interaction channels such as chats, forums, and competitions. Its founders are described as a group of fans of online and land-based casino games who built the community from their own passion. ACE.com defines itself as a social casino created by players and for players, with player safety and entertainment as the cornerstones of its activity.
